Love the colours of this dress. Light and summery, it has Varied shades of blue and green flowers on a blue background. No sleeves, zippered back, Sz 16 by Nine West. Measurements are approx bust 42 to 44 in. Waist 38 plus inches. No defined waist. Hips 48 plus inches due to flare, pleats and a a bit of stretch to the fabric. 40 in length from the shoulder seam to the base of the dress.

Measured from under the armpit side to side. 21.5 to 22" at the back x 2 is 42-44 in bust. Fabric has some stretch. Waist, not defined but is around 38 in or more pending placement. No defined waist. Hips hard to measure as the garment is pleated and has lots of room 48" or more. Length 40 in. from top seam of shoulder to bottom of dress. Dress is hard to measure as it has pleats.
