Pretty vintage girl’s smocked sundress with side ties. Smocking circles the chest. New. Full skirt. 21” long from back of neck to bottom of dress plus 5” hem, 11” across shoulders, smocking has 18” circumference and is stretchy. Beautifully handmade by my aunt in the early 1980’s. $50
