I love Poshmark because buying secondhand is the most sustainable way to shop for clothing! The fashion industry is the second most polluting industry in the world, and much of the apparel sold in America comes from overseas sweatshops staffed with underpaid workers, many of whom are children. It's difficult to find fair trade or locally-made clothing, but buying secondhand gives new life to an item that otherwise would be trash and ensures your money supports an individual, not a corporation!
