Pure by Alfred Sung Black Velvet Midi Skirt

Super flattering velvet skirt by Alfred Sung. Elastic waist with some stretch to the velvet. This one is a particularly nice velvet fabric with a beautiful sheen to it. In excellent condition. Skirt is made from a number of panels, not just 2 rectangles, so it has a really nice fall over the waist and hips. Waist: 28"+ (Elastic has a lot of stretch above this) Hips: 40" but remember fabric has stretch Length: 30"
