RAG & BONE Victor silk/velvet dress XS

Brand new with tags, never worn (tried on once but it didn’t suit me) Gorgeous combo of silk and velvet Size XS There is a very small pull in the fabric on the back of the dress (last photo). It’s super hard to notice but wanted to make it clear.
