Note: there is contradictory info on composition: the Ramy Brook website and others indicate that it is 95% silk + 5% spandex, and the identical pair I have in navy also say 95% silk + 5% silk, however the tag says 86% triacetate + 14% polyester

@macb0530 thank you for asking! The waist/hip is about 19 inches long. Tthe waist is the widest point, but with the paperbag effect that you get by pulling the lace ribbon, you adjust the waist size to style it
