RARE / Vintage DOM PERIGNON TWO CIGAR CASE in Mottled Green/Black Leather

This RARE vintage two cigar leather case, stamped with DOM PERIGNON, is a MUST HAVE collector's item for any CIGAR aficionado! The Davidoff DOM PERIGNON cigar was introduced in 1977 and discontinued in the late 1980's. It was a unique undertaking, given that these cigars were named after a Champagne brand, not a winery. Since being discontinued, DOM PERIGNON cigars became 'a darling of the secondary market' with cigars selling for $500+ each! This natural leather case with two sections (cigar chambers) has a rigid construction to provide optimal protection for your cigars. The cardboard 'keepers' help to maintain the cylindrical shape of the chambers. The rigid case is made of a gorgeous leather that appears black, but in proper light, the leather has a mottled green hue, which looks rich and exotic. There are no marks on the case to indicate where it was made - only the Dom Perignon name, in it's iconic cursive script, is on the outside of the case. Given that this is a vintage piece, there are light scratches on the leather (see photos). The inside of the case is very clean, and there are no odors of any kind.
