ROADRUNNER Brass Solid Unique Collectable Vintage Lg Fine Details 11.5” x 8”

I’ve had this unique brass ROADRUNNER sculpture for more than 30 years and it was vintage when I bought it from Halls in Calgary, Alberta. It is 11.5” high to the top of its tail, 8” long beak to the outside edge of the base. The base is 4.5” wide and .5” deep and the body of the bird is 8” around. You can see it was caste in two parts and melded together leaving the tail area and end of the wing open and the rest of the body, head, beak and legs have a shiny smooth seam. This brass sculpture is in excellent condition except for one feather that has started to erode, see Photo #7. I don’t remember ever using a brass polish on it, just wiped it off with a damp wet cloth. This is an impressive and unique bird to add to your collection.
