The new Prism fabric used for the Tech Prism 1/2 Zip is designed to do several things... The hexagonal grid pattern helps to trap air which insulates the body, and this same feature also creates low bulk which means that it will layer effectively over a base layer and under a jacket to accommodate very chilly starts. The Tech Prism 1/2 Zip can also be worn next to skin if preferred. The fabric moves moisture away really effectively thanks to different sized yarn filaments on the outside and inside of the fabric (known as denier gradient). This is handy in that the sweat on the inside is drawn to the outside quickly which keeps you super dry no matter how hard you're pushing. A long centre front zip aids ventilation and reflective trim is on both front and back of the garment for a little bit of visibility.
