Its giving garden party, high tea, twirling, wedding guest cocktail dress Tube dress but does have 2 thin strings you can use to make it halter. or just tuck the strings in middle chest & middle back has section of pleated design no boning. has pliable soft reinforcement to upper hem to stay up, doesn't have the silicone No stretch Side Concealed zipper Lots of volume in the skirt for the flare skirt some tiny discoloration to back but so hard to see, see photo. I just had to mention . otherwise excellent condition.
