RW&CO. Purple ruffled dress - worn twice - size 4

Worn twice for grad events and has just been sitting in my closet ever since. Great condition but with a small thread loose on the skirt (see photo). Zips up down the side and ties at the neck with a purple ribbon. Model is 5’10”
