Rails: Gabriella Dress (Turquoise Mixed Textured Spots)

NEVER WORN. I purchased it for an event and then couldn’t use it. Make a statement with this turquoise and ivory spotted midi dress. Made from lightweight rayon crepe, this dress features a unique ruched drawstring at the side body and a keyhole closure at back. 70% Rayon | 30% Viscose. Imported. Note: even though it's an XS, it's not tight. I wear a 28 or 30 in jeans and it fits me nicely on the hips (though I am smaller chested). So it could fit you if you are a S or a M as well.
