buckscobuys Hey @frankthomas2011 . It says 'Order Accepted' on the screen where we go to print shipping labels. It appears that something happened at 9:36 where the order was accepted despite it not shipping yet. I have contacted Poshmark support on my end to ask that they release the shipping label to us so we are able to ship. I will let you know once we hear back. Thanks!

buckscobuys @frankthomas2011 I believe the ratings are based on the item which isn’t appropriate here as we have been kept from being able to actually deliver the item. Contacting support should be an option clearly marked within the order options itself. You can write something- anything would help. Thanks
