Crockett & Jones Athlone Men's Derby Dress Shoes SZ 9.5 B Vintage Black RARE Water Bison Exotic Leather Goodyear Welted Made in England Northampton Likely 1980s as Crockett & Jones has not made Water Bison shoes since then from the research I found. In good pre-loved vintage condition. Uppers are in better condition than the inside and soles. Bison is a very sturdy leather. Heavy pebbled unique texture. Please see photos are there is some wear. Some slight drying and cracking on right sole as seen in last photo. 2nd last photo shows small amount of separation starting in mid section of sole edge. Is not deep. 3rd last photo shows left shoe inner heel has some loose stitching. Some wearing on outside back edges of rubber heels. These shoes are in good enough condition they could be worn as is. Current Crockett & Jones shoes retail for around $1400 so these would be well work taking them to be refurbished.
