Rare Vintage Indian block print dress. Size L

Vintage block print dress. Made in India. Fine cotton. I would guess this is from the 70's era. This beautiful dress has been altered with under arm gussets for a more loose comfortable fit. The tag shows size M but it has become roomier after the alteration and will fit size L as well as size M.( Best fit US 8 - US 14) The dress is in good and wearable vintage condition, it has been repaired in many places, multiple patches on the skirt part ,which are barely noticeable due to fabric volume and colour match, new fabric on the front bodice. The bodice is padded at the front and back, features three sets of ties at the front. There are few minor areas that might need to be repaired but that is optional ( small shoulder rips, see photo). Overall look of this dress is fantastic. The dark black- burgundy combo is rare to find for a dress of this style. The dress is made from sheer fine cotton.
