Rare vintage abstract shapes silhouette midi dress

Cutest 1980s does 1950s pastel cotton blend button down midi dress. Photos are from the Etsy shop I originally purchased from (didn’t fit me) Full skirt with one hidden pocket. The dress is in good condition - but please see last photo for one small mark near the hem. Rothschild No material tags - feels like Cotton Blend Fits best size Medium (sizes 5-8) but see measurements below.
