Reborn burgundy velvet lace sleeve peplum style top in size L

BNWT This is a cute top, comes with a belt. Belt has no holes because I never wore it. Been sitting in my closet for over a year. There is a slight circular mark on the top left side chest area as shown in picture. Not sure if that is permanent or not. I’m hoping this top goes to someone who will wear it and love it.
