Restricted Leather heels with bows

‘Dusty’ patina - not sure how else to describe (not a shiny leather) Slight scuff on side -picture shows I believe these are many years old but NWT’s. Not sure if considered vintage or not. On Restricted website their heels are selling for $126 a pair so this tag on shoe must be quite outdated pricing. Found them in my mother’s closet.
