Made in the USA. Absolutely adorable retro style mint green dress with cars print. Cotton/spandex blend. Form-fitting on top with flared skirt (that is even cuter when you add a crinoline underneath!) Straps are adjustable via buttons. Small, light stain near bottom hem (see photos)
