Retro rainbow picnic basket cottage core 80 print

Cute picnic basket that I bought on here, unfortunately the wear and tear on the rings that keep the handles on place will require some fixing whereas I was under the impression that the wear was only cosmetic. I would keep it if I had the time to take on a little fixer upper project. Questions? Leave a comment below!
