Revamped lace shorts

Blue and white lace type shirts with a crochet hem. Front of each leg of the shorts, crisscross to close. Back and front underlayer are lined but top layer is not. Elasticated band. Elastic is folded in the front portion bit it's flat on the back. Tassels at the waist. Waist measures 12.5" and stretches to 16.5". Length is 10" in the front and 12.5" in the back. Gently worn.
