Reversible Black and Red/white/black Marlboro Vest

This vest would have been the inside of the Marlboro Leather Coat. It is quilted cotton and flannel. Reversible and can be worn with black on outside or red/plaid. It’s in excellent condition. No size tags - measurements shown. My guess is it’s a large fitting medium or a large.
