Rip Curl summer dress with criss cross straps

Very cute multicolored summer dress. Side zipper with clasp closure. The clasp is really tight and hard to use, so I never have. The zipper is good enough without the clasp and stays done up. One of the straps is starting to fray as noted in the last two pictures. Other than that no rips or holes. Condition is fair.
