Bought in a Forever 21 shop, before the pandemic, I didn’t wear that much this skirt. Not used to wear short skirts, but very nice to wear with nice pantyhoses or leggings. Very nice for a rocky or metal style according by your preferences. Made in China, skirt made of suede fabric and the buckles made in metal.

Hello there! Would you mind telling me the seam to seam measurement of the waist in inches while it’s laying flat? Is there any stretch to the material at all?

@ginaranni hello, thanks you for your comment, well the skirt is kind of stretch, even it looks thight, but I assure that I was able to put it on me easily. I’m just not confortable to wear very short skirt, cause I’m 5.7 feet. I will let you know the measurement soon.
