the only one shown or sold online anywhere where the number of the award is engraved on the caseback.
To Honor this occasion that the T Eaton Department Store Put a newspaper article to celebrate it.
The T Eaton Quarter Century Club debuted in 1919 with early Pocket watches, to Prince series ref Ref 1490 in the 1930s, ref 2927 in the 1950s, to a manual winding model ref 6022, 6222, 6422, in the 1950s and this automatic model ref 1011 from 1960s, 5031 from the 1970s. For the ladies, there is ref 4554.
This particular model uses the (rarest) reference 1011 solid gold ROLEX OYSTER case with inwardly curved BOMBE lugs.
Fited with a factory Rolex Exotic Leather Ostrich skin strap and Rolex steel Buckle. And two piece T Eaton Box.
Three-body, polished, screw-down case back with dedication inscription, Oyster crown, lapidated lugs. D. Matte silver with applied gold letters, outer minute track and luminous dots. Luminous yellow gold "alpha" hands. M. Cal. 1530, rhodium-plated, 26 jewels, straightline lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, selfcompensating Breguet balance spring. Case and movement signed. Diam. 34 mm. Thickness 12 mm.
