rgcompany @alwayschanging7 - I do actually have a question of that's okay. I recently shipped a bundle, but the weight was over the 5 lbs paid for. I did the upgrade on the app for 8 lbs of $13.50...Who ends up actually paying that? I didn't see a prorated since part should already have been paid. I was wondering if anything over 5lbs comes out of my portion? I just wanted to verify because it can affect the offer amount on bundles for me. Thank you for any guidance you can give!

alwayschanging7 @rgcompany Rachael that’s a good question I know I had a bundle more than 5 lbs.I had to upgrade shipping to @ $13 and I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Well I happen to have $20 in credits and when I upgraded the shipping label it automatically took the extra money from my personal dollar credit, I thought ok how do I go about making sure it’s paid for by the buyer? I’m not 100% sure It is one of my top questions at Posh Fest in October. as soon as I get an answer I’ll let you know
