S Black Velvet Dress

Maxi black velvet dress with a halter neckline. The bottom is a-line for a slight flare, and the neck is dazzled with beadwork. A stunning, flattering dress. I felt like Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's in this dress!! Worn once a long time ago but it's so lovely I haven't parted with it, hoping to wear it again. It sadly no longer fits. Tag says size 4, but could fit a size 6 as well. Also comes with a velvet scarf/shawl.
