Hi there! Thanks for your interest. It is very a smooth, soft and stretchy material - unfortunately tag removed so I can't verify the fabric composition to explain the hand feel better. Pit to pit is 16", length is 24" - the collar is 2.5 inches but naturally rolls down in the way that it is constructed, it has a slight cap sleeve that measures 18.5" across the shoulder. Let me know if there is nay other info I can provide.
