S Sparkly Party Dress

In a navy blue color. Full sequins, falls just below the knee. No sleeves, but a flattering sash (attached) that hugs the top of the arms. Slightly lower in the back. This is not a dress I voluntarily pulled off the rack, but I loved it when I put it on. Worn twice. A definite knock-em-dead dress. Size says 4 but would definitely fit a 6.
