lovechy_ @lattac37 no I didn’t! So I was on it for about two months without any working out I lost 10 pounds in two months but with phentermine I lost 60 pounds in 4 months

lovechy_ @lattac37 no I had to stop we govt because my insurance didn’t cover it anymore so now I take phentermine this is my last month on it and I’m finally in the 100s I started at 265

lattac37 @lovechy_ ok gotcha. I'm 293 right now. I have lost some on my own. Highest was 327. Did you have side effects on the phentermine?

lovechy_ @lattac37 nope none but I’ve heard people get really anxious sometimes with it when they first start but it will suppress your hunger.

lovechy_ @lattac37 no problem! And thank you it took a lot of dedication I say if you do get on it make sure you do intermediate fasting and 30 minute walks should do till you ready to go to the gym!!!
