hyelita Thank you for the personalized offer on the shoes, the price is still higher than I can go. I wanted to follow these in case your asking price drops over time. I can find new shoes online for less than the price of your new ones, so if I could spend that much I would probably just buy online (returnable), and then the bundle doesn't make sense for me. I hope that makes sense, again I do appreciate the personalized offer.

uniquerags @hyelita Thank you for your offer and your reply. I'm sorry I couldn't go any lower on the Keen Sula Leather shoes. It's just that I paid the full $60 for them and my kid had a growth spurt before she could wear them. Even at $39 I'm still getting only half of what I paid after my PM's cut. You're absolutely right about the new shoes and returns though...

cppfischer @uniquerags I ordered a pair of Mary Jane shoes by Jumping Jacks from you about two weeks ago, and I wanted to say that, although they looked pretty out of the box, they must have had some kind of heat damage, because my little girl wore them for the first time today to school and one of the soles crumbled completely as she walked into the building! It was the very first time she wore them out of our house. I am so bummed. I didn't know how to reach you other than by leaving a comment....

uniquerags @cppfischer 😳 Oh no! That happened to me before with two of my favorite pairs of shoes. I guess it’s a “thing” with these kind of rubber soles. I did the fingernail test with these and did not notice anything, but perhaps the humidity got to them while in storage. In order to issue a refund, PM requires buyers to upload photos showing the damage with a description of what happened. They then contact the seller, and PM and the seller take it from there. I’m very sorry this happened.

cppfischer @uniquerags Thank you so much for letting me know! This was my first ever purchase on PM, and I have no idea what to do but I'll do some digging and figure out where to send the photos! Thank you again for your kindness! I immediately talked to a shoe repair person but they said it would be 40 dollars to repair bc they'd have to create a new sole! if you know who I should email at PM, let me know...
