anjaliukrani @emi1988 hi! I’m so sorry for the delay, I was away from home for a bit so couldn’t check on this for you. Unfortunately the white mark is caused by a slight tear during our move 2 months ago.. I’ve added a closer up picture of this. The strap is also not adjustable. Sorry!!
