🍃 Don't miss out, most of my items are CROSS POSTED on other selling platforms 🌿 Stunning and rare vintage Lee Collins designed Dalton cashmere cardigan featuring a lovely, whimsical sealife theme. A medley of aquatic creatures including a lstarfish, sea urchin, conch, scallop, underwater plants and other seashells are appliquéd, embroidered and accented by sparking glass beads. Made of ultra-soft 100% pure virgin cashmere in jet black. Design is a multicolored mixture of soft velvets and a textured moire taffeta. The cuffs are trimmed in bright Schiaparelli pink velvet which also covers the buttons. Notched slits at the sides are also accented with a perfectly poised pink button. In amazing, excellent vintage condition. The only flaw I could find is a tiny bit of wear to the top button. Appears to have seen little use and has benefited from careful storage and preservation. Hard to find such a great vintage cardi in a rare larger size. Bust is approx 42" so it fits about a modern large, could also work for a medium with a little looser fit, or possibly an extra large with a more snug fit (decent amount of stretch), please check measurements as all sales are final.
