Made of a silky light weight fabric that I think is either polyester or rayon. Not stretchy. No fabric contents label. Size 8, but fits like a small. Top is surplice. Armpit to armpit is 19". Waist flat is elastic and stretches to 14" laid flat and is 11" unstretched. Hips are 18.5" laid flat. Nice roomy sleeves with opening of 8". Skirt from waist to hem is 26", so it's more of a midi length. Such a cool dress. Not a total wrap dress style dress being that the skirt part is one connected piece.
