yvettemorelli Is this piece the old English Spode or the new production places like Winners were selling. The reason I ask is there is a huge difference in price.

justreasures @yvettemorelli This soup tureen is dated 2007, and according to my source from whom I purchase all all my pieces in the UK…it is most likely made in the UK, Portugal, Czech Republic or China according to Spodes exacting standards. He furthers that by stating the ceramic from China is the best ever produced in Blue Italian. Yes, it is the same as the ones on the market today. All the new ones are definitely made in China. Spode sold to a company called Portmeirion.
