tlojah @ellenereeder that's very sweet of you. Well I am a little scared, for the simple fact that once I do my first sale, I have to ship my item and once they accept it I get paid. I'll see how that goes. I mean I know there's all types of people, the good ones and then there's the scammers 😁😁😁 I just hope I have all great experiences.

ellenereeder @tlojah I know exactly how you feel. I felt the same way!! My advice would be to (1) never do any off poshmark transactions, they are fishy and you can very easily get scammed. (2) follow and share anyone and everything! This is how I make my sales! Also, when you sell an item, you are simply emailed a packing slip. You can tape it on a box or use the free ones at the post office. It is SO easy!! After that, the person will receive their item and mark it as "accepted". Once they do that, you can choose to save up your money (which is what I do, to shop more!) or have a check sent in the mail, or a direct deposit. If you follow all posh rules, you are guaranteed to not be scammed! Posh is so great about making sure we are taken care of :)

tlojah @ellenereeder great thanks for all the helpful information. I was trying to follow as many as possible just got to the 500+ lol. Also, I've read some comments where people state they've sent items to people and they were scammers, how can posh guarantee the money then?

ellenereeder @tlojah basically, when somebody purchases one your items, their money is automatically taken out of their account and given to posh. Posh holds their money while you ship the item. Once they get the item, they have to mark it accepted. Remember, they have already paid for the item. If the item is as describe, they accept the item, and then posh releases the money to you. If they are unhappy with the item, they have to email posh. If there is something seriously wrong with the item, posh will refund the money. (Just be honest with your items, if you are, posh will still make the sale) If they do not mark the item "accepted" after 3 days, the money is automatically given to you. The same goes for when you're buying, your money goes to posh. Once you accept your item, that seller gets the money. The seller never actually gets be money until the buyer has the item in hand and approved of it Does that help?!
