I'm 5'11 and in-between a Medium and a Large, depending on the brand and how it fits I'll sometimes size down or up, and this top fits me great with room to spare. It fits quite loosely and is brought back in with a very stretchy elastic band on the bottom and ruched sleeves, so it's meant to fit baggy but could probably accommodate anyone a size 12 or under. On anyone a size 6 or below it's going to be VERY baggy, but that could be a statement in itself if you're into loose-fitting styles. Has a single snap button midway up to hold in the two sides, but if you like a very deep V, sexy look with a lot of cleavage, it can also be worn without the button snapped shut! ;) I've tried it on a few times but just never worn it out.
