Can be worn as a high-waisted mini length skirt, or fold down the waistband to make it less high-waisted, or pull the high waist down to a normal waist and you can have extra length in the leg. Brand & Size: Unknown; Tag has been cut out, but I'm pretty sure it was from Forever 21, and would have been a Medium or a Small that fits just like a Medium, because I'm a Medium and 5'11 and it fit me. ☺ This item is in USED, decent condition, and is priced accordingly. No obvious damage that I can see anywhere, but it does have some normal wear & tear, but nothing that affects its use. ALL* my clothing items (*except ones that are new with tags) have been freshly washed on a sanitizing steam setting, using hypoallergenic, nontoxic laundry detergent (Attitude brand - EWG Certified for the highest in health & allergy standards).
