macwrigley Hi! I think so... I always buy size 39 for Saint Laurent (same for Bottega Veneta, Isabel Marant, Hermes, etc) and usually size 8.5 or 9 US. Hope this helps. I'll add a pic I took with my measuring tape - although not sure if that will help or not. Thx!
