Sam Edelman brown over the knee suede fringed flat boot

Braided upper border. Flat boots. Full zip up from back. Labelled Size 9.5. I am a US 8 and i feel it still fits me with some room. May fit smaller than 9.5. Can wear thicker socks or insoles. Made by Sam Edelman. Approx 0.25in heel, 10 5/8 in length of outer sole, 23in length of boot, 14in circumference at calf, 10 5/8in length of outer sole, fabric lining, suede outer. Some faint superficial scratches on outer(see pics). Please ask if need extra measurements😊
