Sandro Antropique floral-print silk dress

Floral print, short sleeves, V-neck and waist decorated with slanted top stitching. Zipper closure on back, lined below waist, slightly flared cut. 100% silk fabric (lining is 100% polyester). Dry clean only. Brand new never worn. EU 36 - fits on the small side, anywhere from a US size 0-4. Material is not stretchy. Not sure on fit?
