navampasano I am having so much trouble with this Fitbit. I wish it weren’t the case. My husband brought me a band this morning and that worked nicely but now I can’t seem to see anything on the screen - is there a trick to it? I move it I tap it and nothing shows up I checked to see if the battery was full and it is. the numbers show up when they decide to pop up. But I’m not able to tap and see my steps. Just very difficult and frustrating.

cheripi @navampasano No, it was working perfectly when it left me, I double checked it. Go online to FitBit Alta and it will show you how to reset it. Then it should work perfectly.
