Sarah as I was wrapping your sweater dress I saw a little tiny hole in the sleeve it's brand new but I missed it. I won't sell anything that's not of quality. We have a couple options I have the exact same dress in Black that I haven't posted yet it's new with tags I can swap the Deep Purple out for the black one. Or we can cancel the whole order as a total let me know what you would like to do I am apologize for the inconvenience i

@nina_4eva im so sorry, I just saw this comment. I do have quite a bit of jewelry currently. I use sachet bags for the necklaces and found that leaving some of the necklace outside of the bag and tying the rest inside with bow closure they should not tangle. I then place them in either bubble wrap or bubble mailers to avoid damage. I did recently receive a rating on a necklace i sold if you would like to view it.
