Scotch and Soda Have a Nice Day sapphire blue ruffled dress new with tags. Lightweight fabric with a delicate hammered texture made of 100% viscose (it has a shiny satiny look and feel), 
thin underskirt lining, ruching at the chest and waist, cropped and flared, fluid loose style, ruffles on the sleeves up to the elbows, short and ruffled mock neck, buttoned teardrop opening behind the neck, ruffled edging. Marked size 40 which corresponds to a L. All measurements are approximate and taken with the garment laying flat. Armpit to armpit 22" Total length 39’’ This item comes from a smoke free, pets friendly home. Recycled bags/box used when possible.
