It may fit like a babydoll dress depending on your height etc. Fabric is blue and white striped cotton which has a wrinkled texture. Zipper at side. There is detail stitchwork on the bodice, near hem, and pin-tucks on the back. measurements ↕8" neckline to waistline ↕22" waistline to hem. ↔19" across bust (pit to pit) ↔18" across waist ↔37" skirts hemline.
