Selkie - Pinafore Dress in “Hans Christian Anderson”

I got this dress from the Selkie Sample Sale earlier this year and it just isn’t for me. I am just looking to make back what I spent on it. Only ever worn to try on. Note that this is a sample item, it is what Selkie used during production and therefore doesn’t have any tags. It is also different from the actual Pinafore they released which had an open back.
