katargue 🙋‍♀️ ambassador Katrina Argue here. HUGE Problem. I had 2 pkgs to mail out. I accidentally switched the labels. 1pkg returned immediately. 2nd has been STOLEN by posher Barbara Cornell. It’s been a month. No return just excuses. Buyer of $100 Stemware doesn’t want refund. She wants stemware she paid for. I contact poshmark daily. No solutions. No help. I send msg daily with attachments. It’s as if they don’t understand HOW BIG of Thief & Liar Barbara Cornell is. What to do now??

maddieinthecity @katargue that's awful... I don't know if it's something you already did, but somewhere in settings there's a thing that says if you sent the wrong package to someone.... Try seeing if they'll help you there if you haven't already. And see if maybe she is trying to resell it somewhere. That's the best advice I have and I 🤞my fingers it gets fixed!
