Sequin 100% black SILK skirt - fixer upper but can look like new/upcycle - M

This skirt has only been worn a few times, it is in excellent condition. The threads holding the sequins are coming loose, so they can either be removed and the skirt will be sequin free and look like new, or sewn back in if someone has sewing experience or willing to take to a tailor. Given it is 100% silk and otherwise in great condition, I believe it has value.. it just needs to find an owner willing to give it a new life and upcycle it!
