You gave a 3 star rating with “could improve”. They were shipped with 18 hours of your purchase, stuffed with tissue paper, presented as never been worn which is evident by the soles. I did not have the box but that was specifically stated in comments. If you say “could improve” it would be so helpful to know specifics. All my other sales have been 5 star ratings so I really would like to hear your complaints.
