@reinl No. Not once! I've emailed 4 times, and had my friends involved email also! I'm being completely ignored! They gave me 48 hours to get it into the mail back to her, and the label won't print, and it is past 48 hours! If they would just email me a label as an attachment, I'll happily mail them back. They smell moldy! I don't want them! I'm very upset.

We've been emailing for days! They helped a friend of mine immediately when she just switched the postal labels by mistake and sent my stuff to another and get stuff to me, but they're ignoring me. I've sent my email, the order #, everything! All involved have also emailed about it,to no avail. Can you help? @sparrowsage

The order # is 56871cae366020875c084044. They're a pair of booties that are moldy and the seller didn't realize, so I offered to send them back. They approved the case, put a link button to download the label and that's it. Error message trying to download label. Need it sent as attachment to my email. Press help! I'll love you even more! π @sparrowsage

@sparrowsage I don't know what to do... I thought they generally sent the return labels by email. Are you trying to access this label via your email from a message from Posh?

@reinl No. They never sent me one. There's a"button" on the purchase listing to"download" the label and then it'll come by email. All I get is an error message. There's something wrong with the link, and I'm up a creek! They said they'd send a decision email, and when they didn't, I checked the listing on "purchases" and saw their decision. I've checked spam, trash, inbox, etc. .. nothing. @sparrowsage

@sparrowsage the only other thing I can think of is to work with the seller and have her cancel the sale. Or ask her to contact Posh. Otherwise, you are doing what I would. Sorry you are having so much trouble! Ugh!
